Job Description:

• Oversee entire operations of the retail store.

• Communicating well with the Area/Retail Managers on the daily SOP operations.

• Monitor retail sales and motivate staff to reach targets as well as manage budgets.

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure operations standard and guideline are followed.

• Consignment and inventory ordering & planning.

• Perform stock take and ensure all stocks are tallied in all outlets.

• Assist in planning of roster and ensuring all outlets are adequately staffed on a daily basis.

• Review Profit & Loss and report or propose improvements .

• Store floor products display arrangement.

• Manage training to retail staff to ensure sales, service and grooming standards.

• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in any field with at least 3-5 years of experience in retail operations

• Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Able to manage stakeholders of different levels

• Strong interest in retail operations and a passion to drive the brand

• Ability to work under time pressure, motivated, good working attitude and willing to go the extra mile

Working time: 6 days/week
